5 Pins, 12 V, 20/30 A, Bosch 0332209158 Changeover Mini Relays

I purchased one and when I applied power to the coil, the diode appeared to be shorted, as the fuse blew immediately. The second one was the same as the first. A working one was purchased from an auto store, and I didn't want to wait any longer for a new one which might not work as well.

A reviewer who had a shorted charger hook up their coils backwards, so that caused the short. In order to observe polarity when running a fly wheel diode across a coil, you should observe pull-in vs. pull-out. In the event of a reverse connection, it smokes and emits a constant sense of short.
