Considering this carb was purchased for a motor with a lower horsepower, I doubt it will work. The serial number on your engine is what you need to locate for this. It is measured by a Briggs & Stratton scale BODY # 693482 Stratton CO2 EXCESS IN THE AIR. That should be the carburetor that will fit your engine. The lower carb is the one shown.
