Considering this carb was purchased for a motor with a lower horsepower, I doubt it will work. The serial number on your engine is what you need to locate for this. The advice I can give you is that a new one will be better (and more cost-effective) than rebuilding the damaged one. I have some questions for you in my case. Hope you find it helpful
It is measured by a Briggs & Stratton scale BODY # 693482 Stratton CO2 EXCESS IN THE AIR. That should be the carburetor that will fit your engine. The lower carb is the one shown.
I would tend to agree, but to be sure get the engine model number off the nameplate on the engine and then search the parts list. If the carburetor part number matches the nameplate (or if this is a replacement for that number), then you're good to go. For assistance, send me the model number and I will find out what's wrong.
The B&W came up in a Google search On the pressure washer and the carburetor used on it, the engine is a 799866, which replaces an earlier model There is one that looks a lot like the one above but isn't. It can be purchased from Amazon under the 799899 (yours). Get $35 by going to www.com. I wish you a happy and prosperous year in 2013.

My experience is similar to that of several other reviewers who stated that their mowers ran like new after they installed this carburetor. In my experience, I had the same problem. There is a carburetor similar to this one on many Briggs & stratton engines Mowers with Stratton engines are available from several different brands. The mower simply refused to start, so it had to be replaced. Having been primed, it would run for a few seconds, then shut down. It wasn't the fuel tank that was the problem since fuel was coming from there. In addition, since it ran for a few seconds, spark must have been present. The carburetor was all that was left. Yes, sure enough, we were able to resolve the issue. The task is relatively simple to accomplish with the right tools and much cheaper than taking it to an expert. At the same time, I replaced the air filter. It's best to do it yourself.
The carb I purchased was identical looking, but I purchased it from elsewhere for only $12 and it worked for Rather than buying an imitation, I could have bought an original For an additional $11, it is possible to purchase S carb elsewhere. What if I could have bought it elsewhere for much less? This seems like another cheap Chinese replacement. My mind is boggled by the question. It will be interesting to see how things turn out.
My focus is on anything that needs to be repaired. When one buys the parts for a carburetor overhaul even after paying the same price for the parts alone, it takes a lengthy period of time. The backyard mechanics field is something I have been doing for 50 years, and I believe this is the best way to learn! In most cases, average consumers need to get a new lens in ten to fifteen minutes. can hardly haul the broken mower to the shop in that amount of time, much less enter the shop with a bill less than $100)! I hope my two cents worth of review can help sell a million more just like this! Kudos to the vendor for this part! would like to thank Amazon for allowing me to order this book!.
I would buy it first if I were to make my purchase over again. My mower was delivered with the original carburetor that came with it when it was brand new. It is easy to tell the difference between the two by their weights. There has been a dramatic weight reduction with this replacement carbohydrate, which I attribute to its construction. This carb is made from what looks like aluminum, compared to the previous carb, which had significantly more steel in it (the original carb was ferrous, and may actually be It fit well regardless of the weight and had a generous amount of space around the waist Two minutes were all it took to install the ring and gasket. It is far better to start the mower on the first pull now that it has the same carburetor and new air filter that it had when I first bought it, as opposed to the slog that it had become before. As you know, I originally purchased the Briggs and Stratton overhaul kit, which would have been fine for my purpose if I hadn't dropped the carb on concrete before getting it back on the mower and broken the only plastic part. It was a great experience to receive the carburetor with its full kit, and I would definitely recommend it to someone who is intimidated by In spite of the fact that overhauling a carburetor on a lawnmower is a trivial job, the fact that you can swap out parts by unscrewing five screws and replacing assemblies seems almost worth it to most people. As a result, you save time and only spend a bit more than if you had bought the overhaul kit, a can of carb cleaner, and a wire brush separately.
There were two "fatal" defects on my carb, so I doubt it was the seller's fault. As a result of the bent carb bowl, the carb would not seal properly. I was lucky enough to have the old bowl lying around and I A second problem was that the gasket beneath the bowl was torn beyond repair. I once again had to turn to my old carb. There is only so much that can be done since these are probably made and/or assembled in China (I couldn't find an identification of country on the product). This set of "spare" parts was a gift from my parents. In that case, I would probably have returned it and gotten the parts, but that would have been more work than it was It works well in conjunction with the old carb (and my bowl and gasket) and it got the mower started up. In the event you have mechanical knowledge, you might be able to make it work, but a new carb ought to be 100% functional There was a leak of gasoline at the top of the bowl and the bottom of the bowl so severe that it could only be fixed by the grace of having the old spare parts.
After using a new mower for a short period of time, it started malfunctioning. As soon as I parked it, I moved it to another vehicle It had been a while since I ordered this carburetor to see if it would help. The installation only took a few minutes and everything worked fine. It is only that the box does read "Oregon" instead of Briggs and Stratton (a well known brand name). I saved money by using this mower instead of a new one or a large repair shop, for less than $30.
A Briggs and Stratton engine is installed on it The engine is a Briggs & Stratton, and it conks out every 3 years, resulting in it not starting or staying Probably because I left gas in it over the winter, I've noticed this. Sorry, I made a mistake. In this case, the fix is straightforward. A new carburetor is now attached after five bolts. You need to top it off with gas. Make sure it's primed and ready to go. This girl is off and running! This program runs without a problem. I find it much easier and cheaper than taking it down to have someone give it a $75 tune-up I'm going up. " There was no problem with the service provided by Amazon or the supplier. After I finish this next couple of years, I'm good to go.
bought this one to replace the other 2 I ordered from Amazon that were a complete waste of money and one barely fit, but they were considerably cheaper than this one, so I'm not even going to bother returning them. However, this one worked perfectly and was very well made.
