Terminals 30, 87, and 87a use 14 gauge leads, while Terminals 85,86 use 16 gauge leads.

What is the coil's current capacity?

The milliamps will be drawn by the coil. When compared to the current flowing through the relay once it is closed, it isn't much.

Is power sent to a second device via pin 87a?

No, if I understand your query correctly, I don't believe so. When a relay's coil isn't turned on-- You could flow current through pin 30 and pin 87a if there was no power on the coil and thus no field created by it. They're connected, at the very least. There will be no resistance on an ohm meter, i.e. There is a sense of continuity between these two. Pins 30 and 87 are connected when the coil is energized, while pin 87a is essentially isolated. 87a has been dubbed the "at-risk" number. terminal for resting If you have a need or an inventive way to use a relay with two positions, one of which flows current one way when deenergized (pin 87a) and another when energized (pin 87b), then pin 87a could theoretically flow power to a second device, but only when the relay is off. I hope this information is useful. If you look up pin 87a in a relay on the internet, you'll probably find a better explanation than mine.

What does it mean when you say "socket panel"? These are something I'd like to use in a project to build an electric motorcycle. ?

The socket panel is simply a convenient way to keep multiple relays and sockets in one place. Any length of panel can be created by separating or combining these relays and sockets.

Auxiliary Lighting is a great idea. Installation instructions are included.
Hint: The 87 outputs from the two center outputs 87A requires only a split connection with 87(Green Wire) output to power the lights. It is not possible to use 87A to power lights. The only difficulty in wiring upbr>lights is splitting the connection with 87(Green Wire). Otherwise, if you're mechanically inclined, it'll be simple.

I really like how the wiring connectors can be linked together or mounted separately. These relays have served me well for quite some time, and I would buy them again without hesitation! When installed, they appear to be very tidy. And there hasn't been a single one that hasn't worked out. I would strongly suggest them!.

Because another brand of relay wasn't waterproof, I kept blowing fuses when it rained. These are well-made and well-sealed. There have been no issues, and they've seen more water than the previous brand I used.

Relays and sockets that work well together are referred to as "locking" devices

Bosch- Automobile electrical systems rely heavily on type relays. These sockets lock together for a much cleaner installation. The sockets are already plugged in and ready to use. 6" pigtails are used to connect the wires. These relays were exactly what I needed for some electrical work I was doing on my Goldwing.

If you read the reviews, you'll notice that some of the relays are junk, with the 85 and 86 pin trigger wires being smaller gauge than the 30, 87, and 87a pins, which makes no sense other than to say CHEAP! This Fastronix is very nice, it's wired correctly, all the relays work, and it'll be perfect for my Jeep restoration project. Thank you for a great product!.

This is a nice relay set. Because the plugs are connected, you can mount the entire strip or just a few at a time. They appear to be well made, the wiring appears to be heavier than previous models I've purchased, and I'm currently satisfied. Everything is fine as long as they last a long time. I'll let you know if they don't work out right away.
