Is this item powered by 6 volts?

It's a six-volt relay, and it worked perfectly when connected to a six-volt battery. It was difficult to come across them.

For my Model A, this is a great relay

Moisture is kept out of relays. In my 1930 Model A, it was used to turn on the headlights' 6v to 12v converter.
