Thanks. I would like to know how many teeth there are per spline, and what the diameter is. Parts numbers on the existing coupling are difficult to identify. ?

A total of 17 teeth are present. There is an outside diameter of 1 1/8" and an inside diameter of 1" for spline teeth.

In what pattern do bolts come?

This bolt pattern has six bolts. I am unsure of what the center dimension between the bolts is. GM 3 cylinder engine paired with an OMC gearbox. I found it to be a perfect fit.

You should be aware that they are usually cast with the bolt holes in them. There is a fault where thenuts sit on top of the hole because they are You will not be able to torque your nut evenly from all sides when it is offset.

This show did not last two The above photo is a good example

It is soft and can be pressed with a finger. When it blew, it made a tremendous mess in the engine compartment. Was not under heavy load and did not last 2 boating seasons. Even if a refund or replacement could be arranged, it was too late.
