I used this with my 2003 Mustang with the Mach 460 system and it works perfectly. The wiring harness is a must have if you plan to install an aftermarket head unit with the stock sub and speakers. The machine's factory computer is characterized by the fact that it works on a 5V power supply. By installing a 12v aftermarket head unit, you will not hear the loud pops many users hear when they first start their system or probably blow it out. It is easy to fix the problem with this voltage adapter. I searched YouTube for some info on wiring and figured out the rest on my own. Wiring is more involved than a standard setup but isn't too hard. I found a video on wiring on YouTube and figured it out on my own. Take a look at the image to see how the wires are connected As far as I know, a complete redo is the best way to address a Mach 460 setup. The amount of money I have to spend is too much for me to afford Instead of using the cash to go faster, I would rather put it I found this to be extremely helpful for what I was trying to do.
On a 2010 Honda CRV, we used it to power the factory camera. I was impressed with the results.
I was able to accomplish what I set out to do.
There is no clue as to what this software does, but I installed it and it appears to have done.
It shipped fast and the price was good.
It does what it is advertised to do! It went without a hitch.
After following the wiring diagram and measuring the regulated voltage with a DMM, it was found that no voltage was present.
I'm so glad it worked!.
