There are two of these that I ordered. Having an extra one just in case I need to replace it again was important to me. the first generator and started it with the meter already hooked up, so I could check the output as soon as I started it. A voltage of 138volts was generated for a period of about a minute. The voltage rose for about five seconds, then dropped to 30 volts for about half a second before dropping As I turned off the generator, removed the AVR, and replaced it with the replacement, I noticed that it was not connecting. I installed it with my XP4400 generator. I had to adjust the voltage output to 120 volts after I had to adjust to 110 volts, but I flipped my transfer switch and it was running all my equipment! As far as I can tell, it is a good deal for the price. I cannot get it from the manufacturer right now due to shipment issues.
