Is that the connector in question? Isn't mine different?

As far as I recall, it's a little different, and you'll need to buy a new gasket because it doesn't come with one. Take a look at the review a guy wrote and the pictures he included.

Selected User Reviews For Ricks Motorsport Electric Stator 21-234

At a reasonable price, this is an excellent replacement
5/5

br>The 2009-2010 academic year was marked by a significant increase in the number of students who The Kawasaki ZX-1000 is a sporty motorcycle that was introduced in 2011. Electrical problems have been reported with the 6R, particularly with the rectifier (which has been recalled for some users - Check the Kawi recall database for your VIN! ), as well as its stator on occasion. My bike's charging system, unfortunately, has recently developed problems; When I used a multimeter to check the voltage of my battery, I only had a reading of 12 on my meter. 1 volt when the bike is running (it should be 13 volts). At idle, the voltage is 5 volts, and it rises to 14 volts. 0V gives it a burst of power. My problem has been diagnosed as follows: br>br> br>At first, I assumed the problem was with the rectifier, but after replacing it, I realized it wasn't. I then looked for shorts or parasitic draws in the fuses and on the bike, but that wasn't the problem. That left only the stator as a possible source of failure, so I removed my fairings to access the stator cover, where I discovered four burnt coils, bingo! (Be aware that removing the stator cover can be difficult due to the magnetic force generated by the stator's nature. ) Also, if you want to reuse the gasket between the cover and the motor, be careful with it (as I did). br>br>Under the cover of the stator: br>The stator on my bike is held in place by four T30 torx screws, and the wiring harness is held in place by a metal plate bolted down by a 5mm hex bolt; some people struggle to get these off by hand, but my cordless impact wrench made quick work of it (a worthwhile investment if you're going to be working on your own vehicles frequently - Although, be cautious when using an impact wrench on motorcycle parts; if you aren't careful, things can easily strip. )br>br>Side note: br>I thought it was strange that the new stator had a ziptie holding the wiring harness in place at the coils, but when I checked my OEM stator, it had one, too. As a result, I ignored the fact and moved on. br>br>After you've installed it, you'll need to do the following: All of my electrical issues were resolved once everything was bolted down. At the age of 13, I was thirteen years old. At idle, the battery voltage is 6V, and at 14V, the battery voltage is Above 4,000 revolutions per minute, 0V. br>br>Conclusion: br>br> br>While this stator is quite pricey in comparison to many other bikes, it is still a good deal. According to my observations, it meets or exceeds OEM quality and performs admirably. All- Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

There are a couple of minor flaws, but it's almost OEM quality
4/5

Rick's Motorsport is on the bottom of the photos, while 2010 ZX6R OEM is on the top. br>I replaced my old stator with this one a week ago because it had a short. Overall, the installation went smoothly, and it's been performing admirably thus far, but there are a few things to keep in mind:
1: When I first opened the box, the first thing I noticed was that the plastic(? The coating around the coils on this one appears to be much thinner than on the OEM, which could lead to a shorter lifespan because the coils are not as well protected. However, I'm not sure that coating is truly necessary.
2: The second thing I noticed was that the cable was being held in place by a zip tie against one of the coils, which I remembered someone else remarking on. I'm not sure if Ricks Motorsports intends for you to install it with the zip tie because there are no instructions included, but I decided to cut the zip tie and transfer the metal clamp from the old one to the new. I strongly advise everyone to do this because the holes on the new one appear to be identical and the old screw went in without issue. (I just wish there were instructions that made it clear that this was the intention. )br>3: The new cable was an inch or two shorter than the OEM, which may not seem like a big deal, but given how tightly everything on the bike already fits together, it made things a little more difficult. Everything is still in place and the connector isn't being stressed, but I wish there was a little more wiggle room.

I'm extremely disappointed
3/5

For my Kawasaki ZX-1000, I purchased a stator. I received my wallet of $ 6 last October, but as soon as it arrived without being able to ride my motorcycle I realised that it was slightly damaged, my first impression was that it must be the same item listed on Amazon as used, if you type in "used products, but they I'm hoping to solve this problem; I chose to purchase the item from Ricks Motorsport because many of the items I recommended were not available elsewhere, and I discovered this and am unsure what to do. I'm hoping to solve my problem, even though I still can't ride my bike.

It's fantastic
5/5

Although it is more expensive than the others, it is effective. It's fantastic. Although it is more expensive than the others, it performs well and lasts much longer. Don't waste your money on the fifty. The 00 and the 80 are two of the most popular numbers in the United States. 00 ones. They don't have enough voltage coming out of them. The only drawback is that the wires are about 4 inches too short, requiring you to flip the voltage regulator and zip tie it.

But it's not a perfect fit
4/5

Because the rubber seal was a little too big, it kept pushing itself out of the grove, making installation difficult. I haven't run it yet because I struggled for an hour to hold the piece still long enough to strap it to the bike, and I still haven't gotten it; the best I can come up with now is to shave it slightly. More information will be provided once it has been installed.

After just one ride, I was out of money! When it arrived, it looked great and fit perfectly on my 09ZX6r, but after a short test ride, it broke down
3/5

When I went to test the charging system, I discovered that my stator had failed yet again! I had only ridden the bike once since installing it, and this is what I discovered when I removed the stator from the cover.
