Product Description

A single-phase, full-wave system was at the center of Rick's design

You need it for a 12V system because all vehicles the part fits on were originally fitted with 12V systems.

What is the fitment of this on a 71 CB450K ?

I don't believe it will happen. However, I believe there is one available that does this

In the description, it says that it will work for a 1973 Honda cb350four however, the following question says that it is designed only for the cb twins. Will it work on a 1973 Honda ?

Although I do have a twin, I am unable to answer your question regarding whether the CB350F fits well on your twin bike. I am sorry I wasn't able to offer more assistance. In the meantime, I appreciate the information I get from forums on the bikes (there is no shortage of them either) and would search those forums in order to find an answer to my question. What is the status of the replacement gasket for this item?

There was no gasket included in the kit. If you are careful, however, you might be able to reuse the original. If you are not planning on replacing it, it's a good idea to do so anyway while you have it apart.

You can charge your old bike as if it were a modern bicycle

The stator in this system does not contain a timing mark, and that is the only complaint I have. This literally means that you will have to line it up with the old stator and make your To mark the timing position on the plastic insulator I used a small hacksaw to gently cut into it to mark the timing location. It wasn't difficult, but I think they could have added the timing mark on such an expensive device. We are crossing our fingers that this remains On the 11 o'clock clock face, we have the timing mark at exactly the midpoint. In addition to that, this is an easy to install device which eliminates a lot of cables and combines the regulator with the rectifier as well. Those who want to ride their old bikes without worrying about the batteries being too weak to start up and get them home should definitely consider this product.

It is just what these old bikes need to stay on top of things! With LED lights, and an Antigravity battery, my CB360 has completely transformed into a modern charger! I am 100% confident that it will work without a hitch now and I don't have to be concerned

It solves all the notorious CB350 poor A 55/60w halogen headlight runs no problem on this car. Also, it fires the coils with quite a bit more power, which gives you better throttle response and a touch more power (at least that's how it seems to me).

Purchase this for your CB 350 if you own one! It's not surprising that my 1973 CB 350 didn't charge well, no reason to be surprised

I found the installation to be straightforward. Even with the headlight on, there is a noticeable improvement in voltage. Make sure that the neutral wire is properly rerouted.
