Can you confirm that the stator pictured is the one I will receive or will I get a cheap knock-off in the Accel ?

What is the likelihood of this working on a 2006 last ?

The part number here is for the 1989-90 model year There is a connector that would work with this model if it were powered by engines from a 1999 Harley Evolution. There is no information on what kind of charging scheme Ultima employed, so my suggestion would be either to buy a complete charging system for an Evo style engine, or to I appreciate your kind words, Rich

What is the amp rating on this stator?

It's a 32 amp circuit. A great warranty backs it up. I've put about a thousand miles on it and it's doing great so far. Excellent. I would recommend it. A bagger with a stereo and twin halogen lights is one of my motorcycles. Though I wish I would have gone with 45 amp 3 phrase.

I had been having issues with my 1990 FLHTC Electra Glide stator all throughout last season, and it finally failed entirely I was pleased with how well this Accel unit fit and went in quickly. My scores are now 13 and I'm happy about it. Anytime the speed exceeds idle, the voltage rises to 8 volts. Now that I have an Accel stator to go with the Accel voltage regulator, I'm ready for the next step. The long term performance won't be known until after they are installed, however for now, these are perfect for my bike.

New HD Evo stator to replace the old one

We are back on the road again after a major disaster! A crap was taken by my hard drive, so I had this bad boy up and running While I was doing this, I am going to replace the rectifier (voltage regulator). As I've heard many stories about one destroying the other, it's best to replace both at the same time. During the outage of my stator, my battery was taken along Every part of the system has been replaced and is working fine. Definitely a good alternative to generic parts for anyone who doesn't trust them.

The kit fit the 1996 Dyna Harley without any problems

I am very pleased with this product. It fitted my 1996 Dyna Low Rider Harley well and worked just fine. This product works with factory rotors and regulators as a direct factory replacement.

It's a perfect replacement part, with a great life time warranty, and Amazon provides quick (free) shipping so I was able to keep my 1989 Heritage on the road with the Place 14 in the box

Amount of power to the battery when idle is 8 volts. As a biker on a budget, I found Amazon to have the best price. It took me two relaxed hours to saunter If you are using a compensator sprocket, make sure you have a 1 1/2" impact socket.
