Possibly for a different model of alternative than mine since it appears that one component, I think the trio diode, was different so I substituted my old one and everything else remained the same.

A great product that can be used to rebuild Chevy alternators. I had some parts that did not fit my alternator, but it still worked perfectly.

However, the kit did not fit the vehicle Amazon said it would. The diode was faulty but all other parts were fine.

Despite the fact that this is my first rebuild, it was a fun experience. There has not been any use of this one The kits I bought didn't match up, so I bought two different ones.
