I put together the starter for my 81 Ford F150 in no time at all. The parts fitted perfectly. There were worn-down magnets in the casing, so it couldn't spin fast enough to bring the flywheel to life. This sounded interesting so I decided to give it.
I have a 1981 F-Type and it works great The following texts relate to 150. The number six is nine. It is a good deal.
Starter was refreshed and the old one was discarded.
