I was able to save a great deal of money as a result of this. I have a 2005 Navigator that had the air suspension problem indicator come on and then the rear end raised as far as it could and had a very bouncy ride! Took it to a local shop and they said the computer diagnostic showed everything was fine and they recommended replacing the air ride with regular struts and shocks. It was prohibitively expensive, so I googled my situation and discovered a comment that accurately described my predicament. They swapped out the rear height sensor for a new one. It was fairly simple to install after I purchased it. Because I didn't want the car to suddenly lower while I was working underneath it, I turned off the air ride and disconnected the battery. It took about 15 minutes of engine running time for the computer/sensors to reset and adjust the vehicle height correctly after installation.
The bracket was tossed away.
Pricing that is reasonable.
My air suspension issues were solved thanks to the perfect fit.
