That is correct.
This is a universal block kit that fits a 2 liter engine. 5"- Leaf spring with a width of 3".
Though it should fit, you may need to customize the locating pins.
I have a 2003 Toyota Tacoma with 5 lugs, and it will fit.

It's written as a 1" to 4" drop in the description, but it's only a 2" drop in reality.
The only issue is that unbolting and flipping the leaf pack's centering bolt could be difficult. They should come with the kit, but you'll be fine if you pick up a pair of 3/8" new ones.
It's a nice kid, but I ordered 4 inch lowering blocks and triple-checked the order three times before receiving my package, which contained 2 inch lowering blocks that were not four-inch lowering blocks. inch good lowering kit, but parts were sent back in the wrong order.
All of the components required for the installation are included, and they can be easily matched up.
The bolts are universal pieces that must be cut to length and bent to fit the axle tube's contours. When bending a fastener, how do you get an accurate torque reading? After a few days, retorque the screws.
The U bolts in this kit are just over 3" long, which is slightly longer than the Dodge Dakota rear ends. DOESN'T FIT! You'll need to go to a 4wd shop to get custom U bolts!.
