These should be put to use. It was mounted on an ACE Thor motorhome with the f53 chassis for the 2014 model year. The fit of these trailers is exceptional. I checked the etrailer website to verify. They work "Great"!
They will work on your RV which weighs 18000 lbs as that is the weight of our RV that we just installed them on.
A noticeable improvement was achieved after I installed both front and rear SS helpers on my Ford F53 chassis. Neither one of the sets is required to work as a stand alone, but you'll enjoy having both rather than only In the event you do only one -- The front must be done.

The installation of this insert is easy if it is possible to remove the rear duals, drill eight 3/8" holes in the chassis frame, and trim the motorhome 'studs' all while dodging breaklines and electrical wiring. I had already installed rear tracBars to make my rear more stable. Besides assisting with stability, sumo springs are probably also a good idea.
I aimed to make a motorhome ride smoother. With a motorhome, you always hear banging and crashing sounds beneath your house as you travel down the road. As a result of this install, the jarring is reduced noticeably!.
The springs were discussed in an article found in a motorhome magazine. "Sprinkles," the 40ft RV, and I had only driven 2000 miles. I was painfully aware that she had an extremely high profile, and her nature in crosswinds didn't fare well. Due to the fact that it is unjust It was a bit frightening to see the driver of the massive RV screaming, crying, and struggling against the wind in the rearview mirror of other drivers, so we decided to test them. Getting pushed over by passing trucks and cross winds was a nightmare for me, but not anymore! The SumoSprings for the front and rear of the car The forces acting on them cause them to push and pull in opposite directions. There is no need to go into all the science on how they work, just know that they help to stabilize the coach and keep it smooth and level. As a result, I was able to install my own windows in just a couple of hours with some very simple tools (I did need a drill bit that could cut through steel at Lowe's). It completely changed the vehicle's performance and I am amazed at how much better it is now.
Do yourself a favor and visit the manufacturer's website, find the size that fits your coach, and then, buy them from.
The installation is not too complicated if you know how to use a drill. The only thing you have to do is take it one step at a time, follow instructions, and plot All of the components were heavy duty to work with since I installed them on a F53 chassis.
The ride is not as smooth as air ride, but it is much better than original equipment. Currently I have only used the Thor WindSport for short trips, but I'm looking forward to testing it on a lengthy journey to Florida, any time The front and back were done.
I improved the ride quite a bit. There was less sway and the bumps were softer as well.
The ride and handling of the Thor Windsport 31s motorhome were drastically improved after installing these front and rear. I did not have any trouble installing it. If you order the wrong ones, you will lose them.
It was a front and rear set that I bought. Swaying problems have been eliminated when big rigs pass or high winds blow, and they are corrected when the vehicle curves You should definitely check it out. It was a front and rear set that I bought.
My Damon Daybreak 2011 was outfitted with Sumosprings at the front and rear. It is astonishing to see how the ride and handling has changed.
