Questions & Answers

Do the bushings come with it? Is it only on one side of the truck or both sides?

It is not equipped with bishings. Two leaf springs are included, one on each side.

Is this for one side or for both sides in a set of two?

It comes in a set of two and fits my 1995 GMC Vandura full-size van perfectly.

Is it true that the bushings come with the springs?

It comes in a pair, so you can use it with both your left and right leaf packs. The entire leaf pack as well as the bushings are not included.

astonishing A 1994 Chevrolet G20 van was purchased with this item
5/5

I'd like to use it to tow a toy box trailer (the tongue weight of a toy box trailer is sinfully high). My van was lifted 4 inches by the springs, which eliminated all roll and sway and gave me a smooth ride. When I hooked up my trailer, it was dropped 2 inches by the springs. Without the spring bars, the height is 5 inches. I also replaced the front coil springs with new ones (moog 6454). So far, I'm very pleased with the project, which includes a 25-inch lift and KYB 565032 and 565040 shocks. I discovered a pdf spec sheet that stated that this spring is rated at 2500 pounds, but did not specify whether it is single or dual. This is a 5/8-inch thick spring with tapered ends that provides a smooth ride when not loaded but accelerates when loaded. In my case, the U-shaped curve was created by a combination of factors. Because the bolts were too short, I had to purchase new ones. I bought a U- 4 U-bolts from sprngbender on ebay For under $60, you can get eight bolts, eight washers, and eight nuts with rolled threads of grade 8. 00 in front of my house.

Perfect purchase for my K5 blazer as well as a solution for my saggy ride
5/5

My rig was sagging badly after I added a heavy bumper/tire carrier to the back. I read a lot of reviews and hoped that this would be enough to boost my confidence. These springs provided just the right amount of pressure. I didn't measure, but I'd say there was a 3 inch gain. There are no instructions in the box, but if you're doing this project, you'll probably know what you're doing. br>br>I figure it'll settle down with time. br>br>There are no instructions in the box, but if you're doing it, you'll probably know what you're doing. br>br> You can also look for how-to videos on YouTube.

Excellent craftsmanship
5/5

These were purchased to help level out my K5 with the hodged podged lift that had been installed. The leaves arrived on time and even ahead of schedule. I opened the box to inspect the quality, and they appear to be of excellent quality. They also came with an extra set of center bolts. So far, I'm impressed, and I'm looking forward to installing them. I'll upload photos as soon as I'm able.
