Is this the correct part for my 1969 F250? Amazon says it's not the right set for my truck, but it's listed as such elsewhere. ?

This part is compatible with the Ford F250 Bj. The Amazon System Answer is incorrect.

Is this also compatible with the 66 F100?

This kit should fit 65/74, but once installed, the brass bushings will need to be machined to fit the pin.

Is this part compatible with a 1968 F100 six-cylinder? Models 66 and up are included in the list. Isn't the number 74 a tad deceptive?

As far as I am aware, there is no distinction between 6 and 7. This kit will fit 8 kingpins (67-67-67-67-67-67-67-67-67-67-67 74) twin I beam front ends, but the brass bushings will need to be machined at a shop with a line borer because they are raw(oversize) small price to pay for the length of time they will be in there I have had a set in there for over 5 years but remember regular greasing if it is in high service nice kit I have a spare on the shelf

I'd like to order this kit for my 1968 Ford F100, which includes everything needed to machine the bushings. Is this something you'd find in a machine shop? Alternatively, why not use nylon bushings?

On a 1972 Ford F100, mine was a straightforward removal and replacement.

This is the set that we ordered, and it's exactly what we expected. It includes 8 shims, according to the product description. We only got two shims, however. We requested an exchange in the hopes that the new set would include the correct number of pieces, but it only included two. We're going to return it. We are dissatisfied, and this listing should not state that it includes eight pieces when it only includes two. Thanks!.

I've used these pins on my 1969 F100 several times and they're great. Except for the grease, it comes with everything you need. Because these are metal bushings, you'll either need to have them reamed or ream them yourself (which is simple with the right tool).

In my 1971 Ford F250 Camper Special, it worked perfectly

I took out the old ones and replaced them with the I- into the machine shop with beams and a new pin kit The reinstallation went smoothly, and things are now much cleaner.

I'm not sure what to think about the parts that are shown there and didn't come except for one chrome washer, so whatever it is, it doesn't have the eight washers that are shown on the picture and there are two king pins that require them, so I'll figure it out.
