The answer is yes. It is highly recommended, however, to clean the threads of It takes a lot of work out of life. opted to powder coat over the threads since they thought they would look cool.

This is a good replacement for rusted or broken parts

The product is made from a heavy gauge steel and the bolt holes match the factory rivets perfectly. There were three bolts and nuts, one nut and washer for the shock retainer stud, as well as the necessary hardware for installation. A replacement set for my 1990 Ford F-150 after I broke an old shock stud removing my existing Your old part needs to be ground off and bolted through the frame while this one is being installed.

This product is a great fit and a straight replacement

This will fit a 1994 F350 with no problems. It's made of very thick metal and bolted together without any problems. All the hardware needed for installation was included in the kit. It is important that the water and dirt fall out of your mount because otherwise they will collect inside the mount. I drilled 3/8" holes in each mount to make sure that water and dirt will flow.

Fits either left or right side of your vehicle, so you need two of them. It also has 1/4 holes drilled into the bottom corners to allow water and dirt to drain, since it sits flush against the frame and provides no opening for water or dirt to enter.

Taking one step at a time and getting bigger and bigger, they were quick to come out

Using sharp bits is essential. The rivets holding the old ones in took a lot of time, but after drilling them out starting slowly I was able to remove them quickly. You need sharp bits to drill well. Brand new bits should come with bolts and hardware that fits and aligns.

I am satisfied with the product although I am not pleased with the fact that the picture shows two mounts, but only one is provided. Despite the fact that the product description doesn't directly state or imply that two of the items are included, I would suggest showing a true depiction of what one will receive when ordering or at least clarifying that the ad and price are for.
