There is no coupe version of this only wagon/5 door models are compatible

The rear control arms come with all four pieces, or do they have to be bought separately?

The 4 lateral arms are connected to the center differential via the gping from the front to the rear. These two trailing arms will not come with it. This is a very high quality item.

What is the fitment of the whiteline kta108 for a 2001 Subaru Forester? Due to the lift, a 2" toe is needed to be corrected. ?

They were very high quality and were so adjustable that you can sometimes cause axle issues, but it was an issue with the suspension design rather than with the manufacturer.
