When one of these bushing broke, it looked like it had gotten larger on the inside, so I measured it with a micrometer and it had increased by seventy-two thousandths of an A few days later, the company sent me four new bushings after they inquired about my situation. This was a great company to work with and I really like the product. I just hope that this was a one-off problem. In addition, the arms were torqued to factory specs, yet the bushings failed about four months later.
