If I have an Ion 1 2 from 2003, I should be able to use it. It was an exact fit for size 2

You can do it, but don't forget to eat your In order to push these bushings in, you'll have to summon your inner Popeye, unless you have shop equipment or a specialized GM tool

Buy a few cans of spinach as well. As my son and I replaced the axle bushings on his 2003 Saturn Ion, our perseverance and brute force paid off. As long as you remove the old ones and push them back in (which was very difficult), the rest of the job was fairly straightforward. Now his rear end is stable again with no more uneven tire wear or wiggling rear wheels.

They are sold as a set of two

They come in a package of two bushings, one for left and one for right. As far as I can tell, it's not stated in the product description. Compared to the OEM bushing, it looks a bit more robust.

You can order right and left together if you need both. There is a lot of misleading information in the listing. It is worded as if you are only purchasing one but you will receive two. The number of my cats has increased to I gave you one star because you misled.
