The polyurethane material

The old bushings have to be removed and new ones put in. Is that hard?

This all depends on how well the old ones work out, one was super easy and the other wasn't very worn so the other was left alone. It was very easy to install the new one.

Is this suitable for an AJ track bar with rough country?

Since I am not a mechanic, I can only speak for myself, but if your bushings are old and worn out you ought to You will be able to get the proper bushing for your vehicle by entering your vehicle information. Here is a picture of my Jeep, a Grand Cherokee that is used on the road.

Get the ones made of polyurethane

I find them to work well. One of the most difficult parts of replacing the old ones is removing them. If you use a press or vise, you will need more stiffness after installation. I ordered a set of polyurethane bushings to make it even stiffer after installation.

Buying is a bad idea

The entire thing is trash. Buying it is not a good idea! The bushings should be pressed in to prevent a slippage issue in the future.

I was not able to put the part together properly

It was the right number I ordered, the part didn't fit , had to grind it with a dremel to make it fit like in the video on utube, but after I did that everything was fine.
