Is it possible that these spindles will fit my 1975 G10 ?

Yes, as long as you have one. Wheels with 15" or more diameters and 25" brake rotors (must grind 15" wheels to fit 25" rotors)

What action will these spindles take in terms of moving the wheels out? Another brand claims to make an offset between 1/4" and 3/4". ?

If I still have my 15-inch rims I am not sure

It is not the bearing seal on the hub that I am searching for, but the seal on the spindle. Can anyone tell me what part number it is?
