It's rusted to the point of being unusable

They should be identical to the ones pictured for $75 each. Instead, they're rusted, and one of them appears to be welded together by a 5-year-old. Because this is the only one on Amazon, I had no choice in terms of brand or company when it came to purchasing these. Don't throw your money away. With the $20 in metal they used and my harbor freight welder at home, I could have done a better job.
