They were weighed and measured. For my 2010 Jeep JK Unlimited, it appears to be 3"s as well.
The threads on my machine were identical to those used by the factory. As a result, I have no idea how big it is.

It's a bump stop, to be precise. There isn't much more to say. The spring cup on my 1998 XJ already had a hole in it. The included bolts aren't great at cutting their own threads, but after a lot of ooga doogas, they managed to do it.
Exactly as stated. There were no instructions in the box, so I had to look them up on YouTube. They were fairly simple to figure out.
I didn't require the entire 3", so I used the mitre saw to cut these. So the bolt head remained counter sunk, I cut some off both sides. br>br>The material is good, and the size fits inside the front springs perfectly. To fit the bolts that came with these, I had to drill out the holes in the axle and thread them. They worked perfectly after that!.
However, they appear to be fantastic thus far.
For your Dana 30, this is the perfect match. Self-tapping bolts are included, but I was unable to get them to tap the coil buckets. So I simply drilled through and secured the underside with a nut.
