I thought I had written a review, but it appears that I did In any case, I'm not here. A quick and easy way to try and improve throttle response on your KTM 450SX-6 - As described, the service worked as expected. It made the power a lot cleaner and easier to ride. But it's not enough for me to keep the bike. In exchange, I traded in my old bike Considering that this bike has a history of popping under deceleration, and from what I read, magazines could not seem to identify a fix, I decided to get It technically does not say that he has a TPS tool for the 16 KX on his website, but after a couple email exchanges and photos, we determined that he does indeed have it in his inventory. My friend sent me one. While the Kawi procedure is designed to use an external power supply, I simply started the bike, let it idle for a while, then checked the settings. It was great to get to go to one. I was surprised by how out of specs it was. I got the OEM power harness from Kawi and double checked the settings with a 12 volt supply. It starts now easily. I couldn't have asked for anything more from TPS Tool. Thanks, Matt.

Be aware that if you are using it on the 2017 KTM 500 EXC, you will have to remove your gas tank to access the throttle sensor plug To remove the sensors from the throttle body, you'll need to loosen the throttle body clamps so you can rotate the throttle body enough to remove the two screws. I hate it! There is no way to do such a thing for a 2014 KTM 500, as shown in the video.

I like how easy it is to use. Then you need to put this in your toolbox if you own a fuel injected bike. You will need a meter to use it. It is very simple to use. Harbor Freight always has a coupon for a free meter in their flyers that you can use to get your meter.

Now that I've got a KtM haulin. A lot of factory work slowed me down. With a minor adjustment and several holes drilled in the air filter cover, the thing began to run.
