The 1-inch I bought was a mess You can buy a deep well socket at the local auto parts store for 1/16 inch. It was an impact socket because it was the only one they had. I tried the cheaper one first and it ended up costing me more money plus being more hassle. The best one is the one you should get. Be sure to clean out the tube as well as to ensure the orifice between the tube and the mounting area is open and obstruction-free.
It worked as it should. It's nothing like the original.
Cummins OEM parts can be purchased for a reasonable price. Before, I had brake issues with the exhaust system. I'm pleased to report that things have returned to normal now. Take a look at this.
I have now solved my sensor issue. It is a product I would buy.
The brakes on the exhaust are fixed.
