Questions & Answers

Do you think it will fit in ?

It's not clear to me. It is not uncommon for Toyota parts to fit from 2002 to present I own a 2006 Mustang

I need to know if this will work on a 2000 Lexus RX300 ?

The Highlander 3 I owned in 2002 had two of them. I think it's the same engine. 0 without any issues. It is best to do both sides as well as a harness if you do.

The Mitsu sensors may also be accessed with these? It's driving me crazy that these things are happening to my early 199 Lexus! ?

It's a pleasure to be of help. I think it was a good purchase.

In a few minutes, my car will not shift into 4th gear after I drive for a while. It goes into high gear before that. Does it have to do with the knock sensor? If so, which parts are ?

The same thing happened to me with my 2002 Highlander, and I had to change both knock sensors to get it fixed. The latest version of Highlander is working perfectly. There was a part #89615- for me to order

It ran nearly as well as a new car
5/5

A number of symptoms were present. I had a 2001 highlander that wouldn't shift out of third gear, and the obd indicated a knock sensor would be needed. It was suggested that you swap 2 knock sensors and wiring harness for them on the Toyota Nation Forum. I also found that YouTube helped a lot. Although disassembling the air filter intake was a long and difficult task for me, I took pictures of the engine and marked the hoses as I went There are three plenaries A manifold for taking in air The book served as a guide to the Fort. A few pounds. You need to torque all the bolts and nuts. The plenum gaskets were also changed, and I recommend that the manifold gaskets be changed too. During that time, you should also change the spark plugs. It ran nearly as well as a new car. A list of symptoms was as follows I was stuck at 3rd and wouldn't move to 4th or 5th I also had a bad stomach 5 out of 6 were able to transact If it wasn't s**t after 10 minutes, it would've been fine. There were two lights on the dashboard the engine and throttle control lights The obd indicated that the knock sensor and the oxygen sensor were malfunctioning. It worked fine for the first few minutes of driving the car, but when I stopped at a traffic light, the transmission ceased working After the heat was removed, it did not work properly The device did not revert to malfunction within the first few It worked if I got to 4th or 5th while moving, but not when I stopped. Service technicians said that it was a malfunctioning knock sensor, wiring, and that the transmission would need to be rebuilt, costing $7,000 in total. I spent 500 on parts and I.

For a few weeks, it seemed to be fine
3/5

Sadly, I have to take the car back to the shop after the parts failed and the check engine light came back on only 1 month later. We will not be purchasing again as this wasted $700 once all the work was done and we don't have that kind of cash lying.

The problem has been resolved
5/5

The check engine light is on on a 2003 Toyota Highlander The OBD - The II code P0330 is Sensor for sound knock. A malfunction of this type also results in the system entering a default "limp" mode, disabling the transmission's 4th gear. As a result of this, together with the OEM sensor wire harness, the problem has been resolved. The transmission now functions properly thanks to the clearing of the code.

Like these, it is especially difficult to get to them
5/5

I ran into some problems with some aftermarket knock sensors. This is the real deal, a In this instance, I learned the hard way that you should stick with genuine Toyota parts on sensitive parts, especially hard to replace I received a burn on one of the aftermarket knock sensors and had to do this not twice, not once, but three I can assure you that you will only have to do this once, so I recommend replacing both sensors and the wiring harness. Toyota parts are only used in this vehicle. It will be a pleasure to serve you.

Sensors that work like a charm! There is no problem with the sensors! They are easy to replace in the 2003 Highlander, but can take a lot of time

The aftermarket brand I got from my suppliers worked well
5/5

It was a mistake not to go. The aftermarket brand I got from my suppliers worked well. It would have been better to have gone with OEM all along. I wouldn't have had to repeat the process.
