There would be no difference in knock sensors by different manufacturers. It's possible that left and right units would be installed because of space issues, but I haven't seen separate units installed for a single vehicle. If your engine triggers an alarm due to a knock sensor fault, it could be associated with another problem with your engine, not just the knock sensor. In the evening, check the Spark plug cables and see if there is a leak in the engine. It is important to check the air filter and the air supply to the inlet manifold. Make sure the vacuum hose is not cracked. As long as all the checks are okay, the voltage rating of the sensor should be checked. If it's low or open, it needs to be replaced. Thanks a lot
The rear engine bank is located at the rear of the chevy equinox, if I recall correctly. Both banks were replaced on my equinox, so you should replace the two bank as well. I don't think it will be difficult to get there, unless the location is difficult to reach.
I'm here. '07 Chevy 4 - *br>There are no updates to this vehicle. In the 8L Vortec there are two knock sensors the 213 and the 215 I have added 1576 and 213 to my collection
Having done 40k miles, I noticed that my engine was performing poorly and replaced the knock sensor. A lead-containing fuel had been used for the fuel censor, so I had to replace it, too. A fault code was coming on for the oxygen censor based on my diagnostic check. It has been two weeks since I changed both parts and the engine nocks and runs smoothly now. *br>Do a diagnostic check before replacing any part*br>Thanks

In my truck, I had an AC Delco crankshaft sensor made in China installed. The sensor was defective. The truck ran worst, and I had difficulty starting it. The starter had to be removed twice to reach the crank sensor, so I wasted a lot of time by doing it twice. Make sure you check what you're purchasing before making a purchase. My preference is for products that are made in the United States by Americans, yet products made in Japan are equally The problem is, you just can't trust Chinese parts. I have nothing to do with the condition of Tariffs and the Hunan province may be the reason why Trump resigned. While the parts look identical even the box and plastic bag are the same, if you carefully examine the pictures, you can find "made in China" or ask the seller where they were The US can be a player in the global economy if we keep our citizens employed, regardless of race or color as long as they are Americans. Anyway, my Japanese knock sensors work well no more check engine lights and we are going for an inspection sticker tomorrow morning, so I hope Amazon doesn't deep web my review. In my opinion, I am simply rating Amazon based on my experience compared to other companies and quality I like the company. It is a well run, well managed company that takes care of its.
A 2008 Chevy Impala was missing Knock sensor bank 1. I purchased this to replace it. Although it was hard for the mechanic to reach it, as it was in the back of the engine. The check engine light was turned off instantly, as well as its associated trouble code.
Also, it resolved the knock (detonation) sensor code that was coming up on my check engine light. With OEM quality, you get to make the decisions yourself A fastener that holds the closure in place.
When putting in the make and model of the car, there appear to be multiplied parts, which makes it very easy to order the wrong one, return it, and come up with the correct one.
It is not that difficult to change one of these, but you do need to lift the vehicle off the ground. I used some roll on jacks and managed to get to both, one is in front of the engine and the other is on The inspection passed, and it's suggested you replace both at the same time. A recent update The code returned, so I can't blame the part just yet, so I will probably change the harness next.
The suburban lt 5 I have is a 2008 model. The check engine light on my 3l lmg flex fuel vehicle was lit up with a code po333 (knock sensor bank 2 high voltage). I switched to bank one and the light went out with a code po28. It was the knock sensor that was at fault.
I always go with them. In 2007, part 5 worked as expected. There are three-liter Avalanche models. There is no other company I would trust more than AC Delco.
