It was installed on a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with four wheel drive. I prefer version 7 to version 8. It fit perfectly, was easy to install and took no time at all. Since I did this, slow engines idle have become less of a problem for me.

The sensor was a perfect fit

I was looking for a resolution to a check engine light. This could have been the problem. In my case, it wasn't the problem, but the switch had to be replaced because it was a 30 second swap out and the old one was oil coated already. I was happy with the fit.

The hemi engine of the 04 Ram 1500 was installed with an egr, a pvc valve, and the throttle body was cleaned. Getting better gas mileage as well as turning off the check engine light.
