I'm not sure about that model, but they're usually right behind the air filter canister near the front of the air tube.
In terms of a 4, I'm not sure. On a 4, the score is a 6, but on a 6 the score is 2. It's on the intake tube, right after the MAF sensor.

My Ford Mustang 3 from 1997. When it was cold, 8 used to run very fast. Once warmed up, it ran fine, but it could take up to 15 minutes. I finally realized what was wrong and bought a new air temperature sensor, which fixed my car immediately. This vehicle has over 200,000 miles on it and still runs like new. The sensor was replaced in under a minute. It was as simple as that.
The 1998 Lincoln Mark 8 is in good shape and does the job well. If yours arrives with the center of the sensor stuck to the side, as described in a review, exchange it; at this price, sensor cleaning sprays cost half the price of the sensor, and this one is 22 years old, so it's a no-brainer to exchange for an extra $10.
It was a perfect fit for my Ford Ranger 3 from the year 2000. 0 is the automatic setting. It's a little tight around the intake hose, but it's a great deal.
SMP has been around for a long time; we buy products from manufacturers, but we rarely have issues with SMP.
Expedition 2001 4 is compatible with 6 cyl. It was simple to replace and matched the Expedition 2001 4 perfectly. 6 cyl.
The only issue is that no one in the Ford service industry knows where this part is located.
For the price, it's fantastic, and it fits perfectly.
