I haven't seen my ABS light come back on in over a week. Both cruise control and brake hold have been restored to their original settings. For a simple speed sensor, the sensor fits perfectly and the quality is excellent for the price; there's no need to go OEM.
This sensor costs less than 25% of an OEM and it works perfectly. I've been in the car for over two months and have had no problems.
If you own a Mercedes, you know how bad the wheel sensors are; mine broke while I was parked because I don't drive my car very often. Last year, I had the wheel sensor replaced for $1200 without an extended warranty, so I had to pay $400 out of pocket! Who'd have guessed that this piece would only cost me a thousandth of what I paid for materials and labor? Product of high quality.
I COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK FOR ME. This sensor may work for other models, but not for the 2008 MB C300 4MATIC SPORTbr>FRONT WHEEL SPEED SENSOR,br>Part was not correct for this application, OEM sensor is shorter and thinner, this sensor may work for other models, but not for the 2008 MB C300 4matic Sport.
Everything is in order. Keep in mind to reuse the original sensor's foam cushion.
