I'm happy to use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products. This sensor is mounted on the rear differential's top. Install time is approximately 5 minutes. A single bolt and a wire connector that plugs into the wall. When my ABS light illuminated, I decided to replace all three ABS sensors. This one (the rear) is the simplest; the two front ones require more effort because the brake rotors must be removed. I only use Motorcraft parts because I've learned over the years that you can do something once or twice or three times with a cheaper part.

My stock one is a dead ringer for this

Direct replacement is possible. Just make sure that oring has some silicone grease in it.

It was a perfect match

My ABS light was illuminated on the dashboard. The rear speed sensor was found to be defective after a diagnostic check. This part was a perfect fit for my 2008 Ford F150 4. 6L.
