I'm not sure about the other one; it might have a pedal that can be adjusted, but this one doesn't.

Except for the foot pedal, which is made of plastic.

Is it possible to disassemble the pedal assembly and remove the sensor?

The sensor was riveted to the pedal on the one I bought here. I understand that separating them yourself is not advised. It only took three minutes to replace, and I've noticed a significant increase in acceleration.
