Despite the fact that everyone told us not to, we bought this window for our van. It was a pain to set up, but we got it done in the end. When it rains, the screen's channel fills up with water and overflows into the van, soaking our thinsulate and the wood frame that surrounds it. The window was delivered on March 8th, but I'm not sure when we put it in. We had our first rain on March 17th, and it poured down all over the place. When I contacted them, they informed me that you cannot return it once it has been installed. I'm thinking of contacting the Better Business Bureau to see what they can do.

  Simply watch the video to learn more. It should be self-explanatory. But bear with me as I explain. . . the screen is crooked, wavy, and bunched up in a few places along the perimeter, the sliding portion of the window is loose and will most likely rattle while traveling, the frame has a gap where it is clamped together, and rubber (glue) is spattered all over the frame. This window should never have been allowed to leave the facility in such a state. There is obviously no quality control in place. The person who applied the foam seal, as well as the person who packaged this filthy, scratched, low-quality window, should both be fired. There's no excuse for this; it's just a case of laziness and inattention to detail. BUYING FROM THIS BUSINESS IS NOT A GOOD IDEA.
