There is a broken lock in the door
My app has not worked since I installed it, although I think it should. It seems like there was either an error in re-connecting or something else that needs to be Despite the fact that it doesn't work with my keyless entry system right now, I am satisfied with the product.
It was not appropriate for my Lexus, I was able to use a used OEM part to fit my Camry 2009 but I am not certain if it works with Lexus

Unlocking the seat/door is either accomplished by pulling the lever on the seat or by pulling the key. We bought it on the understanding that it would also be keyless entry (just like the one we're replacing). Keyless entry is not explained in any way, and it cannot be activated or deactivated. Do you know how to get assistance from Toyota that is supposed to be a toll-free number? The automated system went around and round in circles without ever receiving an answer. Clearly, if you are okay with not having customer service or keyless entry, then this is a very good alternative. I have used it personally. The majority of the time it is easy to install, and it is fairly cheap. It gets 4 stars for those reasons. I wish there were customer service representatives and keyless entry, as we were told it would have been nice. I like this latch, but I hate it. As you can see from my review, I love it and hate it. Oh, haha.
The item did not work as expected. Compatible with camry 2009 but not with this. There are only two contacts on this board, and neither the gearbox nor DC motor are present.
Now I can lock my trunk manually, but not with my remote. It was impossible to figure out what was going on.
As of now, the only problem is I can't open the trunk through my remote control any more when it is connected to my 2009 Camry.
It works as expected and is simple.
Considering the price, this was a fantastic deal. It does not open the trunk when I use the key remote as it did previously, but I am in the process of figuring Maybe I'll take it to Toyota to see if there is something that needs to be reset to make the trunk.
I tried to use the key to assemble the part, but it wouldn't work. The latch can only be opened manually.
I was told this would work by Amazon. I spent money that could have been used for something else.
