There is also a release lever on the left side of the drivers seat that can be used to release the trunk from within the car with this part # since an electric actuator motor is built in. It was bad mouthed that the part did not have an actuator motor, according to reviews. I found out it was because they ordered the wrong part. Upon investigating further and verifying the correct part number with my local dealer via my VIN number, I discovered there are several different versions of this part. Some, such as this one, are OEM, while others may be aftermarket parts. KIA OEM latch is what I was looking for and got. I received that message. I received my order in two days via Amazon Prime as opposed to waiting a week for the dealer to ship it and driving 50 miles to pick it up. Amazon did a great job.
