It works perfectly. The item was installed in a 2013 Cadillac ATS with a non-factory radio Touch screen that reacts to your fingertip. The process of removing the old screen and installing the new one is not an easy one, but compared to $ 1500 from the dealer I am quite happy to spend a few hours on this. Now that I have seen how everything comes apart, I would probably be able to accomplish the entire task in under an hour if I had to do it again. Thank you to everyone who posted YouTube videos describing how the task is accomplished. The tools that were supplied were all that were needed for the pop-up to be removed You can take the dashboard trim off. There is a need for a small Philips-head screwdriver For removal of the screws, the screwdriver should be used along with a 7mm socket. For installation of the touch screen cable, you will need tweezers. Keeping track of dozens of screws will be a challenge. So prepare in advance.

You can buy with confidence when you buy this part, just like the OEM one! The installation of the system is considered mid-stage I would definitely recommend this to any Cadillac CUE screen crystallizing owner who has used this screen for 3 months now

In order to get a service quote before finding this deal, I contacted my local Cadillac dealer. I would have to pay the dealer $1500 if I let them handle it for me! On Amazon I was able to locate this OEM component. As well as the tool kit, it comes with 4 pieces. During which time I watched a YouTube video instruction for 25 minutes, it took me about 2 hours to complete. Now that I have a touch screen, I saved a lot of money. There is a lot to be happy about.

It is hard for me to believe that I came across When I think of how much I was going to have to pay to fix my screen, I imagine thousands. Then I learned about this product through Google, and I saved hundreds of dollars. As well as the plastic tools, I bought the $8 plastic ones. A YouTube video showed me step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

For the whole unit to be replaced, the dealer wanted a small fortune. This replacement screen was just what we were looking for, and we could not be happier! I am happy to report that our CUE system is working great It is best to watch a couple YouTube videos before installing, since it is a bit involved.

Replacement costs $1500 at the dealership. I bought this screen, watched several videos on YouTube (highly recommended) and was able to change it myself in 90 minutes. The original works as well as the translation. I haven't had any issues with the product for over a month now. The product itself gets a 5 star rating, but not on the process of installing it. I had to go through a few steps.
