As for the tip I received, when I bought and received it, it was for one
In what respect are you concerned with the diameter of the inner circle?
According to my understanding, you would need both of them. If you buy the 3" that would mean the flange will be 3. If you buy the 5 turn down, then your flange will be 3". You should space them out about 5" apart.

The welder must have been blind for I could not have seen it. When it was welded, parts weren't even straight, and there were mistakes that had to be rectified, and they had to start and stop many times. The upgrade should not affect functionality, but at this price I was expecting more.
As described by the seller, this turndown was received on time. With the help of a grinder, it was simple to fit the bolt spread, despite being smaller than that of another manufacturer. If you are fitting a cutout in a tight spot, this is a great tip you can use. Since the turndown radius of this manufacturer is slightly smaller than that of other manufacturers, I selected it over others. You did a great job.
The cutout has significantly reduced interior noise and drone with the windows open. My ears have also been pleased with how smooth the sound is. If I were to install this on another device, I definitely would purchase the kit and cutout that came with it.
I used my Badlandz cut out valve and it worked well. The quality is nice.
As far as I'm concerned, I have a QTP 3" cutout, so I just need a QTP 3" turn down, don't I? It was a surprise to me when I got the rejection and pre-decision as I was expecting Unfortunately the bolt holes did not line up tightly enough to allow the unit to be installed! Is it like trying to match matching items from the same company and not being able to? As far as mounting holes are concerned, I just drilled three of them. Even though they are bigger than they need to be, they will slide onto the turndown and once they are tightened, it doesn't matter since the bigger holes don't cause any problems. It may have been a "one-off" error, since QTP has a very good reputation and the turn down was well constructed, but I just wanted to mention it in case anybody else runs into the same issue. Here is a product I recommend.
I have not yet installed these. It is of very high.
As a result, I liked that I could adjust the direction and that it looked good on my lakes style headers.
The product is awesome.
