I think it is safe to say that everyone reading this has had a failure with their CUE screen. Choosing this brand was based on the price, as it is more than half off the competitors'. However, as another reviewer mentioned, the screw holes in the screen did not line up so the screws went in the wrong way and they could not be tightened enough (hence I rated it 4 stars) but other than that it seems to be a good item. It will be interesting to see how much longer it will last. Oh, and the proximity sensors work, but you have to get closer to the screen than the OEM ones. The following pictures illustrate this (See above).

This cue screen was horrible because like many of the cue screens it cracked shortly after being bought. My purchase cost me $120 and it was installed the screen fit perfectly, but when I touched it, I didn't get any response. I had to order another screen from cuescreens as a result. Don't waste your time or money on this, or else you would have to spend an additional $120 to have it installed.

Getting the screen positioned correctly is key to making it work

Simple fix at an affordable price. In addition to the pins not matching up with the screw holes, the screen isn't easy to install. I had to screw them sideways when I got the pins into the guiding holes and some of the screw holes weren't lining up.

I was able to save thousands of dollars. The touch screen on a Cadillac CUE system should be replaced as soon as the original screen freezes, does not illuminate, or is not touch sensitive. The most common screen to fix is this one. The radio/nav unit's screen can be replaced without much difficulty when the unit is removed from the.

You get what you pay for, I guess. Immediately following installation of the screen, it could not be touched. It worked again after I did a hard reset, only to freeze up again the next day. Several times of resetting the screen ultimately failed and I returned it. After a month, I still haven't had any problems with it. I bought it from Cue screens.
