Earlier this week, my CueScreen was damaged by spider webs. I bought the v2018 CueScreen for that repair. My Cuescreen was delivered by Amazon and I attempted to install it. Needless to say, I followed all instructions provided by Cue Screen while attempting to install the screen, however it was still not working. As of the time I tested it, it was responsive. As a result, I emailed CueScreen's representative, sent him photos of my installation and he said it looked great. It turns out the Rep noticed a very slight possibility of a tear in the cable, so he sent me a new one because he believed the installation was good, but perhaps the cable had a micro tear. As soon as the new CueScreen was installed, everything started working as intended. Xian and his team were patient and thoughtful in their response, and their efforts to resolve my issue were truly appreciated.
