What's wrong with my DC multimeter since I don't have a battery fuel gauge?

It is a very accurate and useful device that reads the condition of your batteries state of charge and available voltage with no connection to a fuel gauge

Two banks of voltage are monitored, and one bank of current is monitored Is it possible to add a second shunt and monitor current on two banks at the same time?

There is a SoC (state of charge) meter in my car. Moreover, the chart shows a percentage of the charges to enter or leave one bank as well as the net amperage amount. In addition to voltage for two more banks, it displays the voltage for just one bank. One of the voltage readouts shows the starting battery, which I find to be a good solution because I am only interested in keeping track of the use of the house battery. You cannot monitor more than voltage on a second or third bank, but it's a great meter, and it can show you how much time is left before your battery needs to be charged, amps used, etc.

How much does the 500A Shunt (#8255) add to the price of this product?

The answer is yes

What if I want to use it with lithium iron phosphate (livepo4) ?

It depends on the system voltage of the battery bank, as long as it ranges When the external LED is powered by more than 24V, you need to add a resistor of 4K ohms.

My complaint is poor description, poor option, and expensive price

I wondered why the DC multimeter is expensive, and the SOC is inexpensive. I thought that the multimeter had more features since it is more expensive, but found that it has no gauge for the battery power! The current and voltage of the battery are the only factors to be considered! Besides that, the Amazon description of this item is not good, if you want more details, you should check out the Blue Sea site, I would not recommend the multimeter, I would recommend the SOC, poor description led me to buy this poor choice item.

Asked to check in at - It takes very little time and works well with our five batteries

Asked to check in at - For our 89' cruiser, it works great with our 5 power battery system and 2 bank system. Add the ProMariner Pro Nautic 1250 50A 3bank system to this. We had to completely rewire the battery banks but it was well worth the time and effort!.

I would recommend this product to others, as it was easy to install and it had an oled lighted face which was accurate. It was great to see the quality workmanship and options available for mounting.
