I am not sure if it was converted to 12V or not, and thank you
As long as your coil doesn't say (no external resister required) yes.
"53 Jubilee" is a picture of it on my desk. Normally, they come in 6 or 12 voltage. I think you can get them in 6 or 12 volt too. I am very happy with how well it works. In my opinion, it is a good choice. Approximately 10 minutes are required for installation.

I was satisfied with the Pertronix ignition module except my dust cover seemed to restrict the space for the magnet because it rotated while the cover remained stationary, so I ground it down so that less of the magnet makes contact with it, yet a new dust cover may have worked perfectly?.
The kit fit my 1952 Ford 8 n perfectly. It began to run completely on the first ignition.
The Ford 8N tractor used for this restoration was manufactured in 1952. I was able to start The run ran smoothly.
It works like a charm!.
A couple of minutes was all it took for me to modify my distributor on my Jubilee. I am very happy with the performance of this system. The system is very fast to start, and it runs flawlessly. I had a backfire problem that was eliminated by this system. A product like this would be highly recommended.
