I see your plug has a similar design and it will fit with one size plug with that design. If you have a different plug, it will not fit because that particular plug design only fits one size. If you slide it on the cord of the block heater you are going to find that the slit is small and it won't go over the plug. Instead you'll need to use a tie. To tie the cover on the plug, wrap it around the cord. You can use the slit to do this. Here is an explanation of the block heater wire. I hope it clarifies things for you. There are two problems with the cover. The first is that it does not seal on the prongs. On this one, there is a seal that is applied to the plastic body. In order to seal the plug, those complaining about the cover not fitting over the prongs should stretch the cover over the body of the plug. It is difficult to do this in extreme cold, and may even be impossible. Secondly, the hole on the lanyard cannot take an electrical plug, although it is big enough to pass through a cord. Since most people consider zip ties to be the best method for attaching the lanyard to the cord, I am My solution may be to cut a slit in the lanyard large enough for the plug to pass Others have made it this way, and I think it is the best design for this purpose.

A better fit might be possible

Given the price, I shouldn't have expected much from the product. The covers are too small to fit over the ends of my battery blankets they barely fit on the ends. For the loop on the end to keep it from getting lost, I attached a zip tie to it. When these ones stop working, I'll find another.

The loop on the harness is not large enough for a plug to fit The only grade I can give this is a 3 Due to the fact that there is not enough room to fit the plug fitting through the lanyard hook, it is not worth a five-star rating

I doubt that a plug can be put through it, but maybe a cord can. Even though it was my own fault for not paying attention to details, what is the point of a product if it can't be used for multiple purposes? For the tie to work, zip ties will have to be used.

I have been looking for a cap for the engine heater plug on my car, but I haven't found one near me. Although this is not as good as it could be, it does the job. The prongs are not completely waterproof, but the dirt is kept off them. A little practice makes it easy to slip over the plug, and it holds tightly when doing so. It was easy and neat to tie the cord to the clock with the tie wrap. I would design a cover that would look more like the female end of an extension cord, gripping the male plug prongs. I'm happy with this cover for the price and since I haven't found any comparable covers at any hardware store I have checked.

Kat's thermal blankets require a TV cable to be attached to them, so I bought this product so it could cover the end. It is beyond my comprehension why the Blanet does not come with one. There was a pretty snug fit, which I appreciated. It was not long after installation that the "lanyard" broke.
overall, I suppose I would recommend this since the snug fit will protect the ends of the plugs and if you buy a thermal blanket for your vehicle battery, you'll find it useful.

We have deducted one star because of the danger associated with opening the I made the mistake of ripping the long rubber part off mys when opening it. Amazon of course sent me a new one, so be aware of that. pertains only to three (3) prongs!.

There is just one cup open. There is nothing in this cup but an open one. Each pin is not inserted into a hole. There is a loose fit, and the apparel falls off easily.

The product is made from soft material, and it is easy to put on and take off. I don't know why you wouldn't love it. This is a wonderful arrangement I hope it continues for many years.
