By using these plugs, I used only one cut to the existing wiring harness on my polaris ranger in order to create a fuel pump kill switch system. With this feature, I can now kill the fuel pump to prevent anyone from simply driving off with my machine without knowing where the kill switch is. I love it.

These are large connectors that seem pretty robust. I did not use them in a wet environment, but I chose them because they are 18AWG. It took me over a week to use all of the 12 sets of 5 that I ordered. A small problem arises from coding the wires since the wires are arranged in a 1X4 pattern).

Although I have only installed these, I cannot comment on their durability as I have yet to use them. However, they seem very durable and weatherproof from the look and feel of them. It would be a pleasure to work with I installed them on the front end of my Chrysler 300 where they will be exposed to all kinds of weather.

The connectors are of good quality. Since I hate having to rely on a connector that is weak, I chose to purchase the four-lead version instead of the two-lead version and simply paralleled two of each lead so I could have greater current capacity. In the end these connectors were well built enough that the two lead version would have worked fine. I thought my money was well spent.
