Product Description

The T3T4 DOWNPIPE FLANGE GASKET (METAL GASKET) is a product of TEHAIR, Inc.

The turbo -2 is meant to fit T3, T3/T4 hybrid engines (T3 hot side). The 5 bolt standard flange turbo charger has a center hole diameter of 5" with a stainless steel gasket grade 314 that fits it.

Do you think this will also seal the second. Is there an ID opening of 5" on either side of the exducer?

This is the wastegate I use on an 86 Mustang with a T3/T4 Turbonetics and a Tial external wastegate and I have never had any problems. A wastegate can also be connected to the auxiliary port. As far as I know, nothing has The only issue I encountered was that my turbo exhaust opening is slightly larger than the gaskets, so I had to grind the gasket a few millimeters bigger.

A slight adjustment is needed for mounting points There is a tad of a difference in outlet diameter between 2 and There is quite some difference in the diameter of the outlet compared to the downpipe

Initially I would have just ground off the excess but then the mounting points are slightly off as well, so I decided not to Despite this, I am satisfied with the quality and the material of the item, and it looks just as good as the one I have (which unfortunately is no longer available).

A Ford style gasket for bolting into flanges

5 can be directly replaced by 6 Downpipe flanges that bolt on to the Ford.

I was surprised at how thick the gasket was. I liked how it turned out. In addition to other styles of gaskets available, this one is highly recommended for this purpose.
