Why are there 3 stainless pieces on this table. seem like spacers, but what do they actually do?

On my 2006, I did not use them.

The three bolts that mount the turbo are all fitted with spacers, so you'll see that when you take the turbo off

They are used to mount the turbo on the engine, so there are no instructions on how to do so.

To what purpose does the blue O ring serve?

A blue o ring was probably found on the oil drain tube on the turbocharger.

My recommendation for this product is to stay away from it

The kit you are about to buy is a bad deal. They use cheap bolts in that kit, paint the engine entirely, and make it look great. But the oil line blows off because the bolt used in the kit is cheap. My recommendation for this product is to stay away from it.

The 2003 Excursion 6 took the part

The Powerstroke has zero horsepower. I found it to be the perfect fit for my 2003 Excursion, 6 cylinder. I paid half what I was going to have to pay at the Ford dealership, and I got zero powerstroke. As the previous owner's bolts were rounded, the bolts from the bolts from the previous owner were extremely helpful. For $3, I was able to get 1 day shipping. As soon as it arrived the next day, I was able to get it installed on that.
