The 46RE was not available in 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokees, but if the V8 was installed, the 46RH was. Yes, it will work. Check to see if you have the 5. The V8 engine is a 2 liter version, not a 4 liter. 0l I6. It isn't going to fit behind the I6's transmission.

For a 2002 46RE on a 3500, this is a perfect fit

Fits perfectly and is far superior to the cheap strip gaskets that come with filter kits. My driveway is now clean and will stay that way thanks to raised ridges that prevent all seeping.

For Dodge Trucks, the Best Transmission Pan Gasket! This is what I bought for my 1991 Dodge W250 Cummins Diesel, and it works perfectly! Much better than relying on a low-cost rubber or cork gasket from your local auto parts store

This part is compatible with the Dodge Ram 1500 Van 5 from the year 2002. 2 with a 4 speed 46RE (14 bolts on the pan), despite Amazon's claims to the contrary.
