Questions & Answers
It's a lifetime gasket, which means you can reuse it as long as it's in good condition. Simply clean it after each use and inspect it to ensure it is in good condition. It's also crucial to torque it down to 10 foot pounds with a torque wrench. Over the next few days, check it for any leaks. Mines have been in place for a year and there have been no leaks. It's critical to torque this gasket to the manufacturer's specifications, or else it'll leak.
This gasket is designed to fit the 4t65e transmission. The 1990 Reatta had a 4t60, I believe.
It's made of metal and rubber, and it works. Don't waste your money on a cheap imitation; this is the one to get.
You won't need any sealant, but make sure to tap down all of the bolt holes so they're flat, as they'll be raised up a little. If you must use sealant, use only a small amount.

It performs as expected. There's nothing like an OEM product, and the price I paid here was a significant savings over what I would have paid at my local parts store! Thank you very much.
On my transmission, this is the only pan gasket that I would use. This gasket has a solid center and two raised beads around it, and it comes all rolled up in a box and will not last.
For my 2004 Grand Prix GT, I purchased this item. Fits perfectly and performs admirably.
It's an OEM gasket, and it fits perfectly. On my 02 Park Avenue, I had no idea how old the previous one was, but this one fits perfectly and has no leaks.
It worked perfectly. I had to replace my old, melted-down one. When I changed the transmission filter and fluid, I noticed a leak in the gasket. There have been no issues so far.
On my 2005 Buick LeSabre AutomaticTransmission, the gasket fit perfectly.
It's original equipment manufacturer (OEM), so it fits and works perfectly. Good value for money!.
Together with the trans, I replaced the leaky gasket. With this gasket, I was able to replace the filter on a 2000 Grand Prix GTP. Because it's an OEM gasket, it fits perfectly and everything is dry. I used a DeWalt cordless drill with a 17-torque chuck, which was just right for the 20 or so bolts.
