Even though I used some of the original bolts, there's something you should know right away. This bolt is far shorter than the factory bolts, and it does not have a lead in like the factory bolts. In this particular case, I had just replaced the oil pan in the vehicle, which made it incredibly challenging. If this had been done on an engine stand, it would not have been so challenging, but as for the "self-locking?", I think I got stuck. In this kit, you will not find that item. There is nothing special about them.
Adding bolts to the oil pan on my '96 Bronco was a relatively simple procedure I just cleaned up the grime and greasy residue on the pan where the bolts should be and put them No leaks from the pan since I replaced the bolts over a month ago, drove it on trails for a few hours and it is still in excellent shape. My engine main leak is leaky at the rear Now that I've now located it, I need to work on fixing it It is sad that (.
The threads are the right size, but the screws are not long enough. I purchased two of them in good condition. They came in a timely manner, and they were of the correct thread size. However, my housing has a backing flange to distribute the torque, so we needed a longer fastener. It really would have been better if they said so.
They were about half an inch short and there was no original packaging to return them. I opened the package to use them, but I did not have.
Original equipment manufacturers. Product of high quality.
It is nothing to get excited about, nor is it anything to be ashamed of. My 4 feet are compatible with them. The mustang looks pretty nice in its 6L form.
I did not find it to fit my oil pan as described. The bolts were much too short for my oil pan.
The way it should be.
